At Renique, we curate pre-loved fashion with care — each piece is one-of-a-kind and sold as-is. As a thrift store, we follow a strict no returns and no exchange policy.

All sales are final.

Each item is carefully inspected before listing, and any flaws (if any) are clearly mentioned in the product description. We encourage you to read item details and sizing carefully before placing your order.

In rare cases (wrong/damaged item):

If you’ve received an incorrect or severely damaged product (not already mentioned in the listing), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• A brief note on the issue

After review, we may offer a store credit, valid for future purchases.
