All sales are final.

In rare cases (wrong/damaged item):

If you’ve received an incorrect or severely damaged product (not already mentioned in the listing), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief note on the issue

After review, we may offer a store credit, valid for future purchases.
